A Delhi court has issued a fresh date for the execution of Nirbhaya gangrape convicts. Currently, there are no petitions pending before the court filed by the convicts.
The HC dismissed the govt’ plea challenging the court’s order staying the execution of the convicts and rejected its request to hang the 4 convicts separately.
